An intergalactic bounty hunter, fueled by a mysterious energy he detracts from his victims.

Obviously inspired by the Cyberpunk aesthetics like Cyberpunk 2077, the Project skin line in League of Legends and maybe Dredd. Of course there had to be rain, neon lights and oversaturated colours :)
